INGREDIENTS

Chicken
Fresh Tomatoes & paste
Chicken seasoning
Onion
Garlic
Olive oil

METHOD
1. Prepare chicken and marinate with salt, ginger, onion, garlic, chicken spices for 30 minutes.

2. Heat saucepan over medium-high heat until hot then fry on one side until browned and then flip.

3. Add your chopped tomatoes and leave to cook for a while.

4. Stir in tomato paste, blended pepper, and chicken stock.


5. Boil for 6-10 minutes then add your chopped onions.
6. Taste for salt, you can also add rosemary, curry powder, nutmeg, and green pepper.
You can now serve your chicken sauce with rice, yam or plantain.
