Wheat Stir fry
Today we are making a quick meal. Wheat can be a very filling and great meal when you are trying to cut down on how much to eat.

Ingredients
- Leftover Wheat
- Spring onions (chopped)
- Sausages (chopped)
- Fresh Eggs
- Sardine
- Carrots (chopped)
- Any other vegetable of choice
Method
- Heat pan and stir fry sausage with very little or no oil at all.
- Add carrots, spring onion, and other vegetables.
- Add a tin of sardine or tuna of choice.
- Finally, add your leftover wheat and mix all together
